The Players Club Representative will be responsible to assist Gold Strike Players Club members at the club booth and on the casino floor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS
Signs-up casino customers into player database .
Redeem complimentary and points for customers.
Handles customer disputes.
Circulates throughout the casino floor signing-up new club players.
Follows directions from management.
Balances shift work as required in policies and procedures.
Attends staff training as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent and one year of slot experience required or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Must be 21 years of age or older to work on casino floor.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Mississippi Gaming Permit
Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
Knowledge and use of computers and general office equipment.
Speaking/writing the English language, hearing/seeing, telephone.
Ability to work in fast paced environment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly sitting, listening, using computer, telephone, and speaking.
Frequently walking distances up to 1000 ft., between departments and on casino floor.
Frequently using wrist motion, dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and writing, typing on computer keyboard.
Frequently carrying, lifting, bending, storing supplies as required maximum 25 lbs.
WORKING CONDITIONS:Work performed indoors, in climate controlled environment. Employee may be exposed to secondhand smoke. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Regular scheduled hours. Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal business hours.
