Ensure the integrity of the financial and physical inventory. Such activities may include the following as well as other duties as assigned:
Identifies and researches variances between the financial and physical inventory.
Adjusts, audits and submits journal entry corrections.
Assesses stock levels and reorder status.
Participates in and ensure accuracy of periodic and special inventory counts. May reconcile discrepancies between financial inventories and physical counts.
Ensures documentation is complete, accurate, processed appropriately to serve as an inventory audit trail.
Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.

Acquiring basic knowledge of job content, practices and procedures. Still learning skills necessary to fully perform job.
Performs functions that are routine in nature with minimal complexity or variation.
Works is performed under supervision and receives detailed instructions to perform tasks. Follows priorities provided to them for performing work.
Interacts mostly with immediate peers within assigned work group. Limited interaction and information exchange with other work groups may be required to perform role. Based on nature of the role, may field requests from others in the organization.
Impact of decisions is typically contained within assigned work.
Education and Certification(s):
May require ability to become forklift certified.
Basic Excel knowledge
Position may require travel.
May require standing for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Overtime may be required based on business need.
