Essential Functions
Communicate needs with the plant End User
Source equipment from the appropriate approved Supplier.
Coordinate with Procurement as necessary.
Order in Equipment, or source from within the plant if equipment is available and is no longer needed by Area.
Create Purchase Requisitions
Receive Equipment
Meet Delivery driver
Inspect Equipment
Note deficiencies if any
Sign off on Deliveries only
Contact Area to have equipment picked up or delivered and staged (if immobile)
Verify rental equipment in the field on regular basis. Validate with what is officially on rent from Atalco and Supplier perspective.
Keep unnecessary rental costs down by seeking improved efficiencies with rental and returning equipment that is unused in the plant.
Coordinate returns with the plant End Users and Supplier.
Communicate maintenance items as necessary.
Manage a Budget and Track System for all rental equipment and be able to present to upper Management.
Work closely with Accounting and Procurement on accruals and invoice approvals and valuation of purchases.
Communication with all areas of the plant including but not limited to Maintenance, Operations, Procurement, Accounting and Management as necessary.
Education/Training Requirements
Highschool diploma or equivalent
At least 2-5 years of previous experience in this role
Work Environment
Will be in the office 70% of the time
Will be in the field 30% of the time
Physical Demands
May be required to walk and/or stand for prolonged periods of time.
May have to bend, stoop, kneel, reach and climb.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
