Position Summary: Rental Client Care Manager is responsible for managing their identified teams by assisting with questions, training, and uncovering potential training opportunities to strengthen their teams' ability to thrive as Rental Client Care Center Representatives.
Essential Job Functions and Duties:
Manage Rental Client Care Center Representatives
Manage and oversee inbound and outbound appointments, internet leads, and internally generated customer opportunities.
Maintain reporting for lead management and key metrics of the department
Foster a positive working relationship amongst team members, stores, and management
Work in conjunction with Director to maintain efficiency between stores and BDC and provide recommendations.
Stay up to date on all relevant software platforms
Consistently check-in with direct reports to ensure productivity and encourage individual and team goals are being met.
Help answer questions and escalate to upper management when needed.
Participate in meetings with the Director of Rental Ops. to discuss processes and procedures.
Help to develop and implement operational compliance in rentals across all MobilityWorks locations.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, OSHA and other safety regulations, and all state mandated regulations.
Comply with MW's Core Values at all times (LOVE IT).
Complete other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of relevant rental experience preferred. Familiarity in an automotive call center is not required, but helpful.
Highly effective communication skills with a compelling phone presence.
Strong customer service mentality.
Warm and friendly demeanor.
Good energy with a positive attitude.
Proficient with Customer Relationship Management software and integrated phone systems.
Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
