Shift Into Your New Role as a Rental Car Agent:

Lebanon Ford has a great opportunity for a Rental Car Agent. Applicant is responsible for renting Fords per guidelines determined by Ford Motor Company, insurance, and Lebanon Ford. Applicant obtains signed rental agreements and verifies insurance and a valid drivers license. The Rental Counter Agent manages the inventory and coordinates with the Used Vehicle Dept. as needed. Applicant must display a friendly, helpful demeanor and be able to multi-task, organize, and file as needed in a busy department. Position reports to the Service Manager.

Qualifications to Drive Your Career Forward:

• Current / recent experience in a customer contact position

• Ability to work assigned schedule

• Computer literate to use CDK daily with training

• High school graduate

• Valid drivers license with record acceptable to company

• Satisfactory employment references; ability to multi-task per past employment

• Pass background check
