The purpose of this job is to help build and maintain a successful rental business, assisting

customers in securing their rental equipment needs as well as maintaining rental equipment and

ensuring it is properly stored.


  • Assist customers with their rental gear needs, ensuring a positive customer experience

  • Maintain the Rental department, including overall cleanliness standards, gear presentation, maintenance, and warehousing of inventory

  • Follow up with customer where needed

  • Partner with sales team where applicable

  • Prospecting and Clienteling

  • Provide feedback on inventory relevance

  • Additional duties as assigned

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT Job Summary: Responsible for daily and monthly accounting activities in support of the Finance Rental Manager in the Director of Finance – US Operations group. improvements. Essential Functions, Roles and Responsibilities: * Complies with all quality, safety, health, environmental requirements, policies and procedures relevant to the position. * Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files, reconciling accounts. * Prepares balance sheet reconciliations. * Maintenance of fixed asset sub-ledger and monitoring construction in progress balances * Provide training, guidance and assistance as needed on matters relating to fixed assets * Coordinate fixed asset audits (will require domestic USA travel) * Support rental inventory counts (will require domestic USA travel) * Generates monthly system reports to aid in monthly close. * Prepares and distributes various reports for financial analysis on a monthly basis. * Special projects or assignments as directed by management. * Supports Rental Finance Manager, Director of Finance – US Operations, Corporate Controller, Chief Accounting Officer, and Chief Financial Officer with special projects, workflow process improvements, and administrative duties. Education, Training, Experience: Minimum 3+ years Accounting experience, Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: None. Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: * Knowledge and use of GAAP, Auditing Practices and Principles, and Financial and Accounting Software Applications. * Specialized (Advanced) Computer Skills: Intermediate MS Office proficiency, especially Excel (including charts, pivot/lookup tables). * Experience with financial/ledger systems desired. * Knowledge and working experience with fixed assets desired. * Strong verbal and written communication skills required. * Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required. * Must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
