The Renewals Specialist is a key resource and partner for the Microdesk Sales Team. This position coordinates support and order management efforts for our sales organization. The role is a mix of operational, tactical, and customer service and requires excellent communication skills both internally and externally. This is an excellent entry level role for a graduate with personable skills looking to get into a business role.
Be the main point of contact for smaller seated accounts.
Weekly and AdHoc business analysis reporting.
Ad-hoc cross functional projects as assigned.
