Overview:

The Renewals Specialist is a key resource and partner for the Microdesk Sales Team. This position coordinates support and order management efforts for our sales organization. The role is a mix of operational, tactical, and customer service and requires excellent communication skills both internally and externally. This is an excellent entry level role for a graduate with personable skills looking to get into a business role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for smaller seated accounts.

  • Weekly and AdHoc business analysis reporting.

  • Ad-hoc cross functional projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Process driven and client focued,
  • Excellent customer service skills, advanced MS Excel skills,
  • Resourceful, take initiative and ownership in a fast based business environment.
  • BA/BS required

Professional Certification (i.e., NKBA - National Kitchen and Bath) related to position being considered. Associate's Degree in Interior Design.
