The Renewals Representative is responsible for overseeing all aspects of proposal development, including effectively communicating the Company's products and services.

What You'll Do:
Execute and manage the contract renewal process for all recurring revenue clients.
Partner across the business to drive escalations related to billing, contract terms, pricing or other potential issues that arise during the renewal period.
Participate in process improvement projects and change management initiatives.
Adhere to the highest quality products and have the opportunity to learn and grow our customer portfolio.
Provide reports and updates to senior management or other stakeholders.
Ensure that individual performance meets or exceeds department standards.
Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams within the company.
Work with customers to identify reported system defects
What You'll Need:
4+ years of experience in a renewals role or similar position
Associates degree or equivalent experience required
Certifications in Change Management, process improvement and project management are preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
Strong communication skills with capability of interfacing with all level of organization
Experience with Microsoft Office suite; Salesforce experience preferred
Strong internal motivation. Must have the ability to work independently but also contribute as part of a cohesive team
