The Business Application Platform group within Google Cloud helps customers transform their digital business through the use of the Company's signature API Management Platform and no-code app development tools and products. As part of our team, you'll help customers maintain a seamless access to high value products and services, working cross-functionally within the organization to ensure timely delivery while interacting with customers at all levels.
As Renewals Program Manager, you'll work with customers and resellers to renew expiring subscriptions and with the BAP sales team to identify expansion opportunities. You'll also work alongside the Customer Support and Engineering teams to help address and drive to conclusion possible customer satisfaction issues. This is a highly strategic yet execution-oriented role working across multiple internal and external stakeholders to minimize renewal risk, and maximize upgrade possibilities. In this role, you'll work on customer agreements and pricing proposals and manage the sales cycles, working directly with the customers to develop quotes and orders and manage the forecasted results versus company goals.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience in inside sales within an enterprise software environment.
Experience with sales agreements.
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally at C-levels within prospect companies.
Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple time sensitive proposals within a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent analytical skills.
Gain visibility to upcoming renewal opportunities and partner with the worldwide Sales team to identify possible upsell opportunities.
Develop renewal quotes and orders and communicate with the customers to ensure seamless continuation of services.
Track and communicate forecasts to BAP management to ensure adherence to company goals.
Engage with key decision makers to identify requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments.
Work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure all agreements meet customer and Google needs.
