We are looking to fill a Renewal Account Manager role at Flexera Software. In this role, you will facilitate the renewal of maintenance contracts while ensuring the highest levels of account management to protect our revenue streams. You will join a team of global renewal reps who are responsible for a high percentage of the company's overall revenues. Due to this being a small team within a small company, each individual is looked to as a key member with the ability to contribute to Flexera in ways that go beyond the daily role of renewals.   • Meet or exceed each quarter's revenue quota

  • Proactively contact all customers with expiring support contracts and ensure highest possible renewal rate % while keeping focus on proper account management

  • Work with "new business" sales reps to jointly achieve total customer satisfaction according to Renewals/ Account Management Best Practices and by optimally managing Flexera Software's resources

  • In every case possible attempt to up-sell and cross sell current customers on new products or services

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of product lines you sell as well as strong familiarity with all Flexera Software's product lines

Experience & Skills

  • At least 2 years of sales, pre-sales, lead generation, or renewals experience; preferably with enterprise software

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • Proven track record of achieving goals (preferably quota attainment)

  • Ability to track, organize, and close a large number of pending opportunities

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Multitasking ability

  • Strong customer orientation and dedication

  • Familiarity with using CRM and/or relational database to manage sales activity

  • Excellent phone presence

  • Ability to work in a diverse, sometimes rapidly changing international environment

  • Eagerness to learn new sales skills and technologies

  • Ability to work well in a team environment
