Renewal Inspector

Lookout Pest Control is seeking an experienced and dedicated Renewal Inspector to join our team. As a Renewal Inspector, you'll be responsible for inspecting homes and crawlspaces, cross-selling services, and providing solutions to our customers' needs. With our exponential growth and commitment to creating a positive work environment, this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a difference in the pest control industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Thoroughly inspecting homes and crawlspaces
• Identifying wood destroying organisms such as termites, powder post beetles, fungus, mold, etc.
• Providing recommendations for appropriate services based on inspection findings
• Performing minor repairs and maintenance work
• Driving revenue growth by cross-selling to existing customers and engaging with new prospects
• Communicating effectively with customers

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Previous experience as a successful Renewal Inspector preferred
