A Renaissance Consultant delivers high-quality, onsite Professional Development and consulting services on a per-diem basis, to promote best practices with Renaissance solutions including STAR Assessments, myON Reader, Accelerated Reader and Accelerated Math. The successful candidate has a proven record of accelerating learning for all students with Renaissance solutions, and is a polished facilitator who can share his or her Renaissance story and ignite learning in others. Additionally, the successful candidate is available to accept assignments on a regular basis, and has additional availability to attend internal training events.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or related field.

  • Classroom and/or administrative experience successfully implementing Renaissance solutions. This is absolutely critical.

  • Able to engage learners through personalized onsite Professional Development and consulting services.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

This position requires extensive travel. As a result, a successful candidate is one who:

  • Is available on short notice to accept onsite Professional Development and consulting assignments. An assignment is described as a full day of onsite Professional Development or consulting. Each assignment includes the actual date of the onsite seminar, travel to/from, and all preparation for the seminar. Must be able to work 24 or 50 days per year.

  • Lives less than 1 hour from a major airport.

  • Available to attend onsite training in one of our Wisconsin based offices.
