Remote Staff Accountant

We're seeking a Staff Accountant for a fast-growing CPA firm that's expanding its accounting team. This full-time, in-office position focuses primarily on clients in the real estate and property management industries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality accounting services to small business clients using QuickBooks
• Managing monthly close, reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, and sales tax
• Collaborating with accounting managers on business financials for tax purposes

We're looking for someone with:

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (public or private)
• Strong understanding of full accounting cycle and financial analysis
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• QuickBooks experience (preferred)
