Som remoteingenjr fr Patientvervakningsutrustning kommer du att arbeta med allt frn ensamstende sngbaserade patientmonitorer till komplexa ntverk med virtuella serverar och WiFi-system.

Vr serviceverksamhet tcker hela Norden men i huvudsak svenska sjukhus.

Tjnstens placering r antingen p vrt huvudkontor i Kista eller p ngot av vra andra kontor i Sverige. Uppkoppling till kundernas system sker med Philips Remote Service (PRS). Mjligheter finns att arbeta frn annan ort.

Verksamheten ingr i Philips Customer Care Center och ansvarar fr teknisk support i Norden.

Dina arbetsuppgifter r bland annat att:

  • Utfra felskning samt tgrdsbedmning

  • Vidta tgrder fr att lsa problem som uppsttt

  • Rekommendera Customer Care Center och lokal serviceorganisation nsta steg fr att lsa kundens problem samt vilka reservdelar som krvs

  • Teknisk support till de lokala serviceorganisationerna

  • Uppfljning och monitorering av serviceuppdrag

  • Utfra skerhetsuppdateringar

  • Etablera och utveckla ett gott samarbete med vra kunder och internt hos Philips

  • Skerstlla att du r uppdaterad om ny teknik som kan pverka Philips produkter inom ditt eget produktomrde

  • Viss del av tjnsten innebr arbete ute hos kund.

Kvalifikationer:

  • Vi tror du har en teknisk utbildning p hgskoleniv eller liknande, Masters/Kandidatexamen, inom medicinsk teknik eller IT.

  • Minst 3-5 rs arbetslivserfarenhet frn arbete som ingenjr inom medicinsk teknik eller likvrdig milj.

  • Goda erfarenheter och kunskaper av Philips vervakningsutrustningssystem krvs

  • Erfarenhet och kunskaper av remote teknisk support

  • Erfarenhet, intresse och kunskaper av databaser och ntverkshantering r meriterande.

  • Du br ha knnedom om ntverk (ccna, CCNP, CWNA, CWTS eller motsvarande) och IT-infrastrukturer (VMWare, Hyper V, SQL Server).

  • Flytande svenska och engelska r ett krav

  • Ytterligare ett nordiskt sprk r meriterande

Fr att lyckas i det hr jobbet r vi skra p att du r kundorienterad och stresstlig samt har ett stort intresse fr teknik och den nya IT-utvecklingen inom medicintekniska system. Du br ocks vara sjlvstndig och ansvarsfull. En god frmga att bemta kunder r en annan viktig egenskap samt att du kan samarbeta med andra.

Role Summary Mavenir is looking for a passionate and self-motived system engineer in the RAN Systems team to specify and drive the development of virtualized RAN products based on its innovative virtualized platform for small cells and macro deployments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RAN system design for 3GPP compliant products, familiarity with NFV standards & ecosystem and passion for influencing development for a disruptive product and solution in a competitive marketplace. The system engineer will be expected to innovate and think out of the box on a regular basis leveraging an innovative virtualized platform for telco applications, enhanced with Mavenir intellectual property at the intersection of virtualization, security, mobile networking, and data analytics. The system engineer would be responsible for architecting and system engineering for products to be based on Mavenir's RAN platform. He/she will work closely with the platform and packet core team. Key Responsibilities * Extensive knowledge of L2/DU design in LTE and NR – RLC, MAC, Scheduler * Extensive knowledge of interfaces – X2, Xn, F1, W1, FAPI etc. * Strong knowledge of QoS and network slicing for NR * Strong knowledge of scheduler design for multiple applications such as eMBB, URLLC and IoT * Strong experience in system level simulations * Experience in dimensioning of DU for scaling * Experience in high availability and redundancy support * Experience in virtualization, esp. on containers.
