What to expect?

The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a critical role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our Revenue team. This position is responsible for analyzing and optimizing processes, ensuring data accuracy, managing data acquisition, and providing actionable insights to influence business decisions. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver insights into performance and growth opportunities.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and marketing data to identify trends, actionable insights, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to the business' goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize revenue-related processes.

  • Identify blockers and inefficiencies in the sales and marketing funnels and propose solutions to improve performance.

  • Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance revenue operations, data acquisition, and data degradation management.

  • Optimize and enforce data governance policies and best practices.

  • Provide training and support on CRM usage and data management best practices to the Revenue team.

  • Oversee and manage intent data from external sources to enhance lead qualification.

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align on lead generation and nurturing strategies.

  • Partner with Customer Success to track customer lifecycle metrics and identify upsell opportunities.

  • Be the liaison to Finance/Operations to support accurate and timely invoicing and order processing.

Required Background And Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Data Analysis role.

  • Experience with CRM systems (ie. Microsoft Dynamics 365) and marketing automation platforms (ie. HubSpot).

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).

  • Experience with data visualization tools (ie. Power BI) is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience in a SaaS or B2B environment.

  • Fluent in English; Use strong written and verbal communication skills.
