Title: Remote Resolution Specialist I - French Speaker
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
Provide remote support to retail customer in France through assessing root cause of problems and informing customer on steps to resolve them when possible. Gather relevant information to dispatch with purpose.
Daily monitoring of assigned work queue;
Analysis of all significant aspects of service requests to ensure the engineer's assistance is needed;
Contacting and guiding the branch personnel through troubleshooting steps to resolve hardware issues via telephone;
Assessing the relevance and validity of all information gathered from the customer, and presenting it to NCR engineers in an organized manner;
Providing updates to all inquiries coming from both external customers and NCR departments;
Providing special service to critical customer accounts or enhanced/premium service accounts on request;
Contributing as a team member: write knowledge articles based on lessons learned in resolving customer issues; participate in special projects as assigned to continuously improve processes and tools.
High School or Bachelor's Degree;
Fluency in French and English;
The candidate will have an aptitude for providing positive customer service and excellent communication skills (written & spoken);
Basic PC and Microsoft Office skills, telephone and customer service skills.
Previous experience in customer support services;
Knowledge of additional foreign language would be considered as an advantage;
Advanced Windows user;
Experience with remote connections and VPNs;
Innovative attitude, stress resistant, team player, flexible and detail oriented.
