AM Digital is a leading digital marketing agency that specializes in digital marketing services for apartment communities across the country. We selectively partner with leading real estate companies to help achieve efficiency, scale, and ROI from their digital marketing channels.
We're looking for a sharp, motivated Paid Media Specialist to join our team to manage digital advertising campaigns for a number of exciting clients. We're looking for someone who's next-level smart and knows how to get results while having fun along the way. The Paid Media Specialist will strategize, implement and monitor effective PPC and social advertising campaigns and works hand-in-hand with the Strategists and Account Executives on their team to ensure their paid campaigns are meeting client goals and expectations.
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000



  • 2-3 years of pay-per-click and social advertising experience
  • Experience in working with an agency is preferred, but not required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must have strong knowledge of ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and Bing Ads)
  • Google Fundamentally Certified
  • Knowledge in both HubSpot and WordPress CMS platforms
  • Ability to perform research, analyze websites, document changes, and make decisions regarding optimization approach.
  • Strong advertising copywriting skills
  • Ability to develop digital marketing strategy
  • Ability to distill actionable insight from digital marketing research
  • Strong knowledge of Google for Business applications, such as Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with C-level executives.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • A high degree of passion, dependability, and helpfulness
  • Experience in multifamily housing preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with the freelancer-agency model
  • HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
  • Facebook advertising experience


  • Strategize and execute all PPC and social advertising campaigns per each clients agreement.
  • Effectively communicate campaign performance to internal team members and clients.
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for Google Ads campaigns.
  • Conduct audience research for social media advertising.
  • Analyze landing pages and document changes required for campaign performance.
  • Write effective advertising copy.
  • Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI.
  • Monitor campaign results and optimize click-through and conversion rates.
  • Proactively adjust PPC and/or social advertising campaigns to ensure performance goals are met
  • Quickly learn the industry and apply multifamily knowledge to Internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals.

VIEW JOBS 1/12/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-12T00:00 We are searching for an experienced Sr. Paid Media Strategist with at least 5 years of experience in digital media to be responsible for driving day to day operations through strategy development/planning, execution, management and analysis of various digital media campaigns. Responsibilities * Create, manage, and execute multi-channel digital media campaigns for clients across various industries and budget levels. Channel responsibilities include paid social, display, video and mobile. * Develop and present media specific documents such as RFPs, media plans, objectives and strategies decks, and other related functions. * Review media briefs and set planning processes in motion. * Monitor trends, tools, opportunities and applications in paid media environments, and appropriately apply that knowledge. * Collaborate with internal and external teams to help build testing opportunities, measurement frameworks, creative spec sheets, and process improvements. * Facilitate creative asset development, organization, and delivery. * Oversee timelines, coordinate budget process, and handle ad-hoc day-to-day requests (including billing reconciliation). * Identify new opportunities for clients both internally and externally. * Optimize accounts on a regular basis to improve campaign performance to drive KPI success and account growth. * Monitor, analyze and report performance results on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. * Attend client and agency meetings to present deliverables, forecasts, campaign strategies, and tactics. * Participate in client calls for upcoming plans and regular check-ins in regard to paid search campaigns. * Effectively manage day-to-day client relationship(s), inclusive of educating clients on digital concepts, best practices, and trends. Necessary Skills * Experience with launching and managing media campaigns using complex data segmentations. * Familiarity with ad server technology and the ability to traffic digital media campaigns. * Deep understanding of ad servers, DMPs, and planning tools. * Strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibilities and excellent project management skills. * An understanding of the reporting process, including necessary data exports, analysis, and insightful interpretation. * Ability to explain media concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Experience with Office/OS tools such as Spreadsheets, Keynote/PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and others. Preferred Skills * Experience working in an agency is preferred. * Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, DoubleClick, etc. * Knowledge of tag management tools.
