Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Duties:

• Lead virtual therapy sessions to assist clients in better understanding their mental health needs
• Provide a supportive environment for clients to explore and express their emotions
• Help clients set and achieve realistic personal goals to improve their mental well-being
• Use your expertise to assess each client’s mental health and design a treatment plan that aligns with their needs

Salary:$90,000 - $110,000 per year, along with a competitive benefits package.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field
• Fully licensed to practice independently as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
