Remote Mental Health Counselor (Lmft, Lcsw, Lpcc)

Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Role – California

With a full caseload and the flexibility of telehealth, you’ll have the freedom to focus entirely on client outcomes.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Work Setting:

• Fully remote
• Virtual telehealth sessions

Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 per year, including an attractive benefits package

Core Duties:

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs
• Design individualized treatment plans based on client goals
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
• Stay informed about the latest therapeutic practices

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license
• Minimum two years of clinical experience
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methods and EHR systems
