Position Summary

This is a contract position where we need a strong Learning and Development professional with an expertise with instructional design to create training material for our new applicant tracking system, ICIMS. Additoinally, you will be a key driver of change management planning for the implementation. The length of the project is expected to be 2-3 months. There is an opportunity for it to be extended, along with the possibility of it converting to full-time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build learning guides for the ICMS platform for our recruiters, hiring managers and other stakeholders.

  • Assist with presenting training content.

  • Formulate a change management strategy and communications tied to the plan.

  • Collaborate with the ICIMS team on any subject matter related tasks.


  • Experience with building instructional material

  • Background in Learning and Development

  • Organizational change planning knowledge
