  • You will install and manage customer products, while creating opportunities to sell them on new personalized technology;

  • Relocate power and place mounts, satellite dishes, televisions, routers, cameras, receivers, and whole-home connectivity technology;

  • Conduct site surveys and conduct in-home assessments

Ideal technicians have:

  • High energy, resourcefulness, and ability to multitask

  • An eye for opportunities to sell to every customer

  • Strong customer advocacy skills: friendly, communicative, connected, with a high degree of integrity

  • Sales, electrical, maintenance/repair, cable, military, and/or customer service experience preferred

All technicians must have:

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time on ladders, lift over 70 lbs. at times, crawl into small spaces, work in all climates and remain within the individual weight requirement of 335 lbs.

  • Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets DISH's minimum safety standard

  • Ability to adapt, both in mentality and work hours. Five/six-day workweeks may be required during peak seasonal times

Our Remote In-Home Solutions Techicians are required to have the following:

  • Minimum 5'x5'x10' covered and secured area at residence

  • Computer with broadband internet

  • Ability to plug in all DISH Network chargeable devices

  • Dedicated off-street parking at residence

  • Ground floor access for equipment (preferred)

The Care Manager will work with the client�s treatment team. The Care Manager will coordinate mental health, medical and social service needs with a population who is in need of a high level of assistance to be successful in the community. Responsibilities Include: * Provides comprehensive care management. * Provides care coordination and health promotion. * Prepare client crisis intervention plan. * Completes a comprehensive health assessment/reassessment inclusive of medical/behavioral/rehabilitative and long term care and social service needs. * Link/refer client to needed services to support care plan/treatment goals, including medical/behavioral health care; patient education; and self-help recovery and self-management. * Conduct case reviews with interdisciplinary team to monitor/evaluate client status/service needs. * Maintains, in a confidential manner all departmental, hospital and State forms, reports and records per required standards. Complies with all recordkeeping requirements and maintains statistical data regarding clients served and services rendered and submits these per program requirements. * Conduct client outreach and engagement activities to assess on-going emerging needs and to promote continuity of care and improved health outcomes. * Complete / revise an individualized patient centered plan of care with the patient to identify client's needs/goals, and include family members and other social supports as appropriate. * Develop, review, and revise the individual's plan of care with patient /family members to ensure that the plan reflects individual's preferences, education and support for self-management. * Consult with multidisciplinary team on client's care plan/needs/goals. * Coordinate with treating clinicians to assure that services are provided and to assure changes in treatment or medical conditions are addressed. * Monitor/support/accompany the client to scheduled medical appointments. * Performs related duties, as required. Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor degree in a human service field preferred. * Current valid (per hospital policy) US driver's license required. * One year experience in a psychiatric or human services setting. * Basic typing skills required. * Ability to read, write and communicate in English required.
