Remote Human Performance and Optimization (HPO) Junior Recruiter/SourcerReef Systems is looking for a Junior Recruiter/Sourcer to support our recruiting process from start to finish. The Junior Recruiter/Sourcer responsibilities include posting jobs ads, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. You’ll assist other recruiters, HR and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly. Ultimately, you’ll help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles. If you’re enthusiastic about the world of recruiting, tech-savvy and an excellent communicator, we’d like to meet you.Human performance optimization (HPO) represents a paradigm shift in service members training and maintenance that emphasizes enhancing human physiological and cognitive performance while also transitioning medical care from reactive to preventative. Fundamentally, the HPO model domains are interlaced together. This means all domains are working together no matter the status of the human weapon system (HWS) within the Healthcare Continuum. However, the success of any HPO initiative heavily relies on the acceptance by the HWS community. Crucially, the domain-based HPO framework aligns more with preventative medicine, emphasizing proactive interventions to avoid injuries and illnesses, as opposed to the traditional reactive medical models. The HPO aims to sustainably maximize human potential through this holistic, domain-focused approach, fostering an improved quality of life and a shift toward proactive healthcare.As our HPO Junior Recruiter/Sourcer you will primarily be responsible for recruiting the following, with emphasis on those that have been highlighted:
Cognitive Performance Specialists
Certified Athletic Trainers
Dieticians
Strength and Conditioning Coaches
Massage Therapists
Physical Therapists
Licensed Clinical Social Workers
Clinical Psychologists
Database Administrators
Data Analysts
The Junior Recruiter/Sourcer may also at times be required to recruit/source for other labor categories as business dictates and as needed. Some of these may include but are not limited to the following:
Referral Clerks
Non-Clinical LPNs/LVNs
Pharmacy Techs
Place of Performance:The Reef Systems Corporate Office is located in Cary, NC. However, work will be accomplished from a fully remote offsite location in San Antonio, TX ONLY.Responsibilities:
Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
Create a pipeline for HPO positions
Assist in screening resumes
Conduct initial phone screens
Schedule calls and interviews
Communicate with candidates promptly
Keep track of open roles
Send out email, social media messages, make phone calls, leave voice mail for qualified and interested candidates
Request and collect Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA) documents from candidates as needed
Request offer letters from HR
Participate in recruiting events
Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Mandatory Requirements:
1-2 years of proven work experience as a Junior Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist
Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
Internet recruiting, and experience with Boolean Search highly preferred
Background in HPO is highly desired but not absolutely required
Tech-savvy
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to multi-task
Problem-solving aptitude
Critical-thinking skills
High School Diploma or GED, although a bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
Must be able to pass a background check
