Daily responsibilities will include:
  • Answering a high number of inbound customer service calls, in an upbeat and positive manner
  • Utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to handle all customer inquiries we believe in a one-call resolution!
  • Successfully using and navigating systems on the computer to look up account information
  • Adhering to all attendance and punctuality guidelines
  • Providing world-class customer service at all times!

Please noteAfter training agents will have the opportunity to bid on a schedule during our operating hours, all agents will have at least 1 required weekend day for the duration of open enrollment (5 days working and 2 days of fixed off but 5 working days will include one day of the weekend and 4 weekdays), until we ramp down in the late spring, after which it will revert to Monday FridayQualifications:
  • 1+ year(s) of customer service experience
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsis required
  • High school diploma or GED required
