We're on the lookout for 10 serious Call Center Representative to work from home and to be the primary link between our client's customers both current and potential.
We're looking for someone who can tackle customer issues, complaints, and inquiries head on –all while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of their decision-making and communication.
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficiency with Windows 7, 8 and/10
- Per the client’s request, the ability to pass a criminal background investigation and a drug screen, (when applicable)
- Punctual and continuous attendance is MANDATORY
- High school diploma or GED
- A stable work history
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Available Disk Space Minimum 20GB free drive space
