Remote Customer Service Representative

I am currently assisting a large insurance provider in hiring 40 Customer Service Representatives This is a great opportunity to develop customer service skills and enhance your abilities as a call center representative while having remote flexibility. Roles do provide equipment after successful completion of training and is an open-ended long term contract. Position: Customer Service Representative Location: 100% REMOTE (Must reside within an eligible state) Duration: Long term, open-ended contract Estimated Start Date: Multiple start dates July 2024

• September 2024 Schedule: Must be available for any shift Mon

• Sat 8am

• 8pm EST. No time off will be permitted in first 3 weeks of training. Job Description:

• Will support various Medicaid members throughout various states

• Walks consumers through how to create accounts

• Assist members in resetting passwords

• Uploads documents while answering calls from customers

• Updates billing and payment preferences

• Describes benefits and coverages to customers

• Assist members with the enrollment process and enrolling in their benefits Qualifications: At least 6 months of customer service experience 1 year of call center (preferred) Must be able to troubleshoot issues they face with equipment while working from home. Preferred candidates reside in a CST or EST time zone Must have own laptop to work off of during first 3 weeks of training, equipment is provided after.
