Remote Client Success Associate

Insight Global is seeking a remote Client Success Associate to join a client of ours in the Fundraising Consultant space. We are seeking someone who will work 26-32 hours per week for a 5 month contract.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Managing a shared support inbox, triaging items in that inbox, and escalating to the appropriate party. Internal communication across multiple teams.

You will collaborate with Senior Consultants and Operations teams to ensure proper communication with their clients and ensure that all clients are set up accurately and successfully in the CRM. Working in HubSpot to set up and onboard clients, creating cohorts, and creating u in the CRM.
