Our desire is to build the Kingdom of God using biblically responsible financial planning tools in a close knit, remote, team environment. Our clients are often drawn to us because of our affiliation with Dave Ramsey and Kingdom Advisors. We all work from home.

We always have been a virtual company. What We Are Looking For: We are looking for a team member to work 20-30 hours a week who wants to be part of a dynamic group of high performing professionals who share a desire to provide effective financial planning services with a focus on Christian values.

Your primary job will be ensuring that every client who contacts our office feels like they are our only client and that we will do most anything to make their life more significant. When not helping clients, your time will be spent supporting your teammates by completing an assortment of tasks and responsibilities that require attention to detail and an ability to find solutions to potentially challenging assignments. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a great attitude who desires to work remotely and serve clients as much as we do.

Were looking for somebody who is a self-starter, works really well independently, but also knows when and how to effectively loop in other team members for input, guidance, collaboration, and sign off.

Our team works virtually What You Will Do: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring all meetings and events are well-coordinated Manage mass mailings, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information Write and send personalized birthday cards to clients, adding a personal touch to our communications Assist with preparing files for review meetings, ensuring all documents are properly formatted and accessible Monitor the phone system and direct callers to the right department Assist with companys social media platforms Assist with monthly newsletter development What You Will Bring: Associates degree (Bachelors preferred) and/or one year of administrative experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high standards of productivity and professionalism Fingerprint Background Check required per FINRA (you must have good credit) Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work with minimum supervision Excellent organizational skills with prioritizing daily workload Ability to work independently, take initiative, be responsible and take ownership Ability to work in a high pace, business environment without losing focus, productivity, or customer service Ability to perform all tasks and roles in a virtual, work from home, environment without distractions Ability to work in and manage high levels of confidentiality Generally receive no instructions on routine assignments while under limited supervision Receive general instructions on new work, which is generally reviewed upon completion Ability to work well under deadline pressure and handle multiple assignments concurrently Take initiative, work independently with little guidance, and work cohesively with a team Must have reliable internet access and cell phone What We Offer:
