Ability to identify and fix any problems that may occur in the field * Adhere to all policies and procedures to assure quality and safety * Perform all maintenance to the best of your ability to ensure customer satisfaction * Accurately complete and document all work orders given by the production coordinator * Take Pictures at different stages of the installation process * Communicate with the Project Advisor and Production Manager * Accurately input pictures and information into the CRM program * Properly maintain company vehicleQualifications:* 3+ years' experience in construction * Strong technical understanding of home-building * Attention to detail; organizational skills; time management skills required * Good communication and customer service skills * Must work well both independently and as a team * Self-starter with proven ability to exceed goals * Willingness to learn additional skills required * Not afraid of heights, willing to climb ladders 30+ feetCompensation & Benefits:$20 - $25 hourly based on experience and knowledge of construction with benefits including:* 401(k) match * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insuranceSchedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed
