Summary: We are seeking someone highly organized and detail-oriented to join our team. The Remarketing Auction Coordinator will be responsible for the internal operations managing the process of remarketing Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) and Stellantis-owned vehicles at auctions across the United States. This includes managing vehicle inventory, coordinating with vendors, and conducting thorough oversight of the remarketing processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Manage and protect collateral to ensure efficient and effective process is followed for every vehicle

  • Review inventory regularly to validate success from auction assignment to time sold

  • Manage the vehicle inventory by clearing vehicles to be sold at auctions

  • Ensure legal sale date has expired, vehicle has been transported & secured at auction, collaborate with other teams for holds to be removed accordingly, and coordinate with the Titles department to ensure titles are sent to and received by the auctions

  • Review accounts eligibility for reconditioning and/or certification

  • Coordinate and ensure proper documentation for all vehicle redemptions

  • Establish timely scheduling of vehicles for sale at the auction, ensuring processes are completed within expected timeframes.

  • Produce the sales blocks including relevant sales details and pricing guidance

  • Provide detailed feedback to the Auction Specialists on each auctions internal auction performance as defined by the SFS Auction Standards

  • Perform audits before and after sale to validate expenses are proper and approved where needed

  • Establish and maintain excellent service to internal and external partners to enhance recoveries and/or improve efficiencies

  • Other duties may include processing auction sale checks, cancellation of rebates, creating/generating/mailing customer communication, and/or processing returned mail

  • Protect interest of company by ensuring actions are in compliance regarding organizational goals, objectives, policies and procedures, and state and federal laws to ensure performance standards are achieved and maintained

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and or/GED, college or degree preferred. Five years of experience in vehicle remarketing, auto auction or vehicle transportation industry. Previous management experience preferred.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to analyze situations and make decisions. Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word,

Other Skills and Qualifications

High level of interpersonal skills to effectively work with others. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
