LoanMart provides fast, professional assistance to financially stressed or credit-challenged segment of borrowers. Our place in the community was built over twenty years, growing from a family-owned single-store front in Van Nuys into the largest auto title lender in California.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

The Remarketing Department works to achieve the maximum vehicle sale value possible for the mutual benefit of all parties holding a financial or legal interest in the vehicle. Remarketing Coordinators provide the administrative and sales support necessary to achieve this goal.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Assign vehicles for transport from repossession hard to auction based on location, condition, and cost standards.

• Work closely with internal departments and external repossession, transport, and auction vendors via email and phone.

• Resolve inventory problems to ensure timely arrival and sale at auction.

• Keep transport, inventory, delivery, and sales statuses up-to-date across multiple platforms so that that all interested and affected departments are informed and operating using the correct data.

• Process various email requests from internal and external sources, partners and vendors.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Required: Excel- updating and formatting cells, filter and sorting.

• Attention to detail, organization, time management and deadlines.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Effective tracking and follow-up skills.

• Experience in these systems is preferred but not required: NLS, SSRS, RDN, Manheim Market Report, CSAToday, Black Book
