What does a Remanufacturing Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a Remanufacturing Technician I, you will play a crucial role in the process of remanufacturing Coca-Cola beverage equipment to extend their lifecycle, improving supply chain and reducing environmental impact. As a Technician I, you will start the remanufacturing process by preparing the equipment for the rest of the remanufacturing process. This position offers excellent opportunities for skill development and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble all equipment and maintain proper recycling of all removed materials

• Thoroughly clean and inspect equipment for wear, damage, or defects. Identify and document any issues encountered during the inspection process

• General bodywork on the equipment, including sanding, masking, and decal application

• Perform necessary repairs or replacements of worn or damaged parts, including the replacement of seals, gaskets, and electrical components

• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and accurately create and complete work orders to support equipment sales

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Maintain a professional work environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

• Lift up 50lbs repetitively

• Ability to operate and/or use a variety of hand and power tools

• Willing to follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe work environment
