What does a Equipment Planner do at Swire Coca Cola?

The Remanufacturing Equipment Planner role coordinates all equipment fulfillment needs for Equipment Fulfillment Centers (EFC) in support of Sales customer needs. The Planner utilizes system equipment inventory data to create a production plan for the Remanufacturing team to support EFC equipment stock levels. Planner coordinates logistics & timing of new equipment supplier orders and Remanufacturing shipments to appropriate locations. This role is responsible for the weekly communication call, plan & plan status, and logistical details.

Responsibilities

• Compare the Remanufacturing plan vs production and adjust and communicate to the proper teams

• Tracks and updates Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for system reporting

• Review the Hold for Materials report and communicate impacts

• Create and communicate the production plan for the Remanufacturing Center

• Manage the reporting for the Remanufacturing Center

• Review special project and event requests and adjust planning

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Communicate with EFC equipment coordinators & planners

• Review and update logistics communication with EFCs

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required

• 1+ years Experience training in planning and dispatching required

• Proficiency in Office 365, significant focus on Excel knowledge

• SAP experience a plus
