Title: Remarketing Programs Facilitator

Department: Vehicle Remarketing

Reports to: Manager, Vehicle Remarketing

Job Purpose:
As a member of the Vehicle Remarketing wholesale operations team, support the VR growth plan by facilitating and growing current and new programs/initiatives aimed at growing the VR business. As directed, contribute to and/or validate analyses that help support the business case for new/future growth initiatives. Interact with clients and partners as needed to ensure successful execution of these programs and initiatives.

Essential Functions:

  • Support Remarketing Sales Managers during prospecting and implementation of new Remarketing clients

  • Maintain and build upon relationships with existing 3rd Party Remarketing clients

  • Monitor auctions to ensure 3rd Party Remarketing Partnership Agreements are being fulfilled

  • Own assigned programs and projects and ensure successful execution of these initiatives by developing and/or understanding their objectives/deliverables, creating the execution plan, and following through on the approved plans to best meet the identified deliverables;

  • Work with clients/prospects and other external partners, as well as internally with ARI's Remarketing team to develop and document any needed processes that ensure consistently successful execution of 3rd Party Remarketing

  • Assist the Manager with measuring and assessing the volume growth and profitability of each assigned initiative, as well as make improvement recommendations to management supported by analysis;

  • Provide analytical support for the wholesale operations team by contributing to and/or creating needed analyses that support the business cases for new initiatives, and show progress/success with existing/active initiatives until they are incorporated into the operational team;

  • Help identify new or promising opportunities to add to the pipeline of revenue and volume opportunities that support the VR growth plan/strategy.

Knowledge and Skill:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing to clients and outside vendors;

  • Project management experience is highly desirable;

  • Ability to analyze business opportunities and profit, and display detail orientation;

  • Demonstrate good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities;

  • Consistently demonstrate good judgment and decision-making;

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products;

  • Automotive industry knowledge as well as experience in buying/selling vehicles is highly desirable;

Providing subject matter expertise for process related tasking 2. Interface directly with Customers process questions/issues 3. Establish & Plan Program Process Activities: a. Review & analyze contractual requirements for process requirements b. Develop process sections of program & engineering plans c. Lead RMS command media & program process adaptation activities d. Lead program plan updates 4. Process Sustainment: a. Prepare program for external audits (e.g., AS9100, CMMI, customer audits) b. Oversee & collaborate with quality assurance c. Monitor program execution to RMS adapted process d. Support quality evaluations e. Participate in Program leadership meetings f. Coordinate & support internal programmatic reviews, customer reviews & technical reviews g. Work with RMS personnel to determine requirements & ensure compliance to for key internal reviews e.g. Baseline Reviews & Performance Assessment Reviews h. Organize, conduct, & participate in Structured Improvement Activities i. Provide inputs to Operational Excellence planning j. Continuously drive program process performance & excellence k. Enable transition to new methodologies for processes l. Ensuring compliance with the MDA Assurance Provisions The PMC tasks include: 1. Overall measurement oversight & execution 2. Providing measurement subject matter expertise 3. Establish & Plan Program Measurement Activities: a. Review & analyze contractual requirements for metrics requirements b. Evaluate & determine program measures information needs (goals & objectives for the monitoring of program performance) based on RMS & contractual requirements & performance baselines c. Oversee & implement the establishment of program execution of high maturity practices (process performance models & statistical analyses) d. Create the Program Measurement Plan and Program Measure List e. Ensuring compliance with the MDA Assurance Provisions regarding metrics requirements f. Establish measurement collection infrastructure & tools 4. Perform & Execute Program Measurement Activities: a. Interface directly with Customers on behalf of PMO for metrics questions/issues b. Review & maintain Program Measurement Plan & Program Measures List c. Implement & coordinate the collection & evaluation of program measures d. Identify measurement candidates for root cause analysis e. Conduct routine defect evaluations for use in RMS defect prediction models & statistical process control charts f. Evaluate measurement trends, determine actionable causes & corrective actions g. Prepare & deliver metrics reports to internal & external customers h. Coordinate with program personnel to ensure measurement related work products are collected, analyzed, & reported i. Represent the program as measurement experts in external audits (e.g., AS9100, CMMI, customer audits) j. Represent business in measurement forums with customer representatives k. Enable transition to new methodologies for tools & measures l. Support quality evaluations m. Continuously driving program measures performance & excellence, submitting & sharing lessons learned, & adopting best practices n. Lead & participate in measurement automation improvements May be assigned to perform other program or functional support tasks as needed to address workload as appropriate, including the following: * Coordination & facilitation of Engineering Cost Estimate Reviews * Coordination, facilitation, & participation in AS9100 audits at a Moorestown level &/or program level * Coordination, facilitation, & participation in CMMI appraisals at an RMS level &/or program level Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in engineering or science from an accredited university with experience in system, software engineering, or hardware engineering design and development. * Minimum of 9 years of experience with system/product development lifecycle and development environment. * Excellent planning, organizational and leadership skills. * Strong background in managing projects, cross functional and diverse teams, and working effectively with internal and external stakeholders. * Exceptional interpersonal communication and formal presentation skills, including the ability to interface at all levels. * Proven communication skills in all media formats. * Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and full spectrum leadership attributes * Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the SECRET level.
