Relocation Project Management Lead
What this job involves -
As a Relocation Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of relocation services and providing support to global, regional, and local stakeholders. Your role will involve managing personnel, delegating responsibilities, and overseeing work on multiple projects of varying complexity. You will also be responsible for maintaining client communication, managing client expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a key role in attracting, retaining, developing, and managing a team of professionals.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Maintaining up-to-date project time forecasts and estimating staffing requirements
Collaborating with other Relocation Team Leads and Variable Team Leads to select staff for projects
Reviewing and approving line item timesheet entries
Managing, reviewing, and approving all reports for submittal to the client
Assuring completeness of all internal project administrative close-out activities
Participating actively in quarterly budget reviews
Overseeing project activities on assigned accounts and projects
Managing project scope, planning, scheduling, and implementation
Proactively managing project-related issues and addressing out-of-scope items
Developing and delivering project-specific reporting
Coordinating with various service providers for implementation dates and pricing
Desired experience and technical skills -
Requirements:
6-10 years of facility, project, or construction-related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment
Proficient in CAD/CAFM technology with a move management module and/or facilities management system
Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Projects skills
Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive-level clients
Highly organized with the ability to manage all aspects of move management projects effectively and efficiently
Preferred:
Background in project management, construction management, architecture, or project strategy planning
Minimum 2 years as a Senior Relocation Project Manager or related experience
Estimated compensation for this position is:
115,000.00 - 125,000.00 USD per year
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
