Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented go-getter to join our Relocation Team. This individual will be the central point of contact to coordinate relocation services for client company transferees and recruiting candidates. Services are coordinated through our Preferred Alliance Network to ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level. This is a very fulfilling job for anyone who loves helping people.
Responsibilities
Deliver the highest level of customer and client satisfaction.
Qualify candidates and transferees, complete needs analysis, and verify understanding of program/services authorized.
Track progress of candidates and transferees to ensure highest levels of conversion and customer/client satisfaction.
Act as single point of contact for candidate/transferees to work through all questions, issues and problem resolutions.
Drive high levels of service acceptance and Preferred Alliance Network utilization.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational, coordination and problem-solving skills
Sales-related experience
Detailed-oriented
Ability to handle multiple priorities and organize your time
Demonstrates flexibility and innovation
Enjoys being part of a team, but can work independently
A positive attitude
Excellent listening, phone and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and follow up skills
Excellent computer skills working with MS Outlook, Word, and data entry systems
Research skills
BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
Relocation industry experience and CRP a plus
Real estate experience also a plus
