About the team
Relius Administration is a record-keeping, pension administration software that includes compliance testing, and trust accounting. Our Relius Administration support team is comprised of experienced pension experts who would aid clients with software usages, reconciling plan data, conduct implementations, and responding to daily customer's service tickets.
What you will be doing
As a Relius Pension Support Representative, you would be responsible for contacting clients who report system issues and support questions regarding application errors. You would conduct remote support sessions to troubleshoot issues and assist internal departments as well on application-based problems.
Resolve client issues with the Relius Administration software using industry knowledge as well as tools used by FIS and Relius.
Use MS Teams to troubleshoot issues
Communicate clearly to various areas including Quality Assurance and Development staff for resolution of incidents.
Ability to write simple SQL statements a plus.
Participate in testing and implementations as needed.
What you bring:
Minimum two years of experience
Understanding of the pension industry and previous Relius software experience a must
Excellent communication and time management skills
Compliance and compliance testing knowledge
Added bonus if you have:
ASPPA designation a plus
