Relief employees supplement regular employees in providing guidance, supervision and direct supports to adults with mental illness in many of our small group residences and supported housing programs in the following communities: Melrose, Everett, Reading and Wakefield, MA.
This is an excellent way to gain experience in the mental health field. Riverside Community Care provides orientation, training, supervision, and opportunities to advance to all its employees.
All shifts and weekends. No set schedule.
Must have a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language) required
Must have valid driver's license and available, dependable transportation and be willing to provide transportation to persons served in personal vehicle, as needed
