The Relief Clerk performs administrative, transactional and project work, along with other regular office duties in connection with Purchasing, Human Resources, Transportation and/or Accounting Departments. Will provide support to leadership, office staff, and other internal and external customers. Will maintain excellent customer service to operations, management and customers.
Support division and site safety, quality, productivity, environmental and cost reduction goals
Provide administrative support to the division
Assist department managers with projects as needed
Order supplies for the division
Answers telephone in a professional and courteous manner, route calls to appropriate individual.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Strong computer literacy including: proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook; minimum accurate typing speed of 50 WPM; and intermediate level 10-Key skills.
AS400 and SAP software experience ideal.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize daily work assignments, meet deadlines and manage time wisely.
Strong mathematical and organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and respond appropriately to sensitive situations and/or information.
