MKD Electric is seeking an experienced Reliability Technician. As part of this role…

What you will do…

• Identify & Report issues with equipment condition.

• Inspection routes, Maintenance Activities and detailing all anomalies found in SAP.

• Perform quality inspections on incoming motors to confirm they meet the established standards.

• Test 480vac motors using PdMA software.

• IR scans

• Governance, maintenance & data analysis for all IoT systems or online measurements.

What you will need to succeed…

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• Food Industry experience highly preferred

• Understanding of three phase motors (480vac)

• Full understanding of electrical measurement tools ie…multimeter, megger, IR electrical scanner knowledge, thermographic camera.

• Experience in the following - PLC knowledge, control systems, and VFD's

• Willing to learn PdMA software.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook applications

• Possess strong organizational and time management skills

• Basic CMMS experience (SAP preferred)

• Must be able to lift to 60 pounds independently; lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels.

• Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.

• Requires standing for extended period with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors.
