oSupport TAR Planner and Reliability Engineer in scoping rotating equipment outage work and estimating cost and schedule.
oSupport TAR Planner in establishing material requirements, quoting and procuring materials, equipment and tooling, and serve as liaison with outside contract services and technical support for outage related work.
oSupport TAR Planner in managing logistics of establishing outside service personnel rosters, onsite safety orientation, and setting up temporary office and break room facilities for contractor personnel.
oSupport TAR and Maintenance Planners in kitting materials, tooling and equipment for outage and routine maintenance work, activities.
oReview backlog outage maintenance notifications in SAP and progress pre-planning of P4 work orders ahead of outage.
oDevelop, update, and archive mechanical maintenance documentation.
oDevelop and update job plans, shop papers for specific repairs, equipment.
oAudit and archive shop papers and job history forms for mechanical maintenance.
oCommunicate and coordinate daily outage work activities, job status and priorities with TAR Planner(s), Engineers, Area Coordinators, and Mechanical FLS.
oProvide logistical support and site-specific technical guidance to contract personnel hired to perform rotating machinery work during outages.
Demonstrated ability to incorporate safety into foundations of work activities
Experience and competency in the use of SAP for maintenance planning activities and material stores management.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization
Able to manage multiple priorities
Knowledgeable in repair techniques for a broad application of mechanical equipment

Computer skills in the processing of information (Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, Project Management) preferred
