PAY RANGE: $34.00-$38.00

Job Objective:

The Reliability Services Supervisor will lead a team of geographically dispersed technicians for their respective coast and be held accountable to manage day-to-day service delivery according to standard operating procedures and safe work practices. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills and will be responsible for positive working relationships with stakeholders including the customer, service teams, sales team, and vendors.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to RRS Core Safety Values and demonstrate safety as a core value

  • Demonstrate RRS values and drive a culture of project ownership and accountability

  • Use, Develop and implement standard work for pre-project planning across Reliability Services

  • Create and execute consistent project management processes across the assigned geographical area

  • Manage staffing needs for projects, equipment utilization and forecast area service schedule, including detailed planning to meet customer specifications and timelines.

  • Provides support and technical advice to cross functional teams. Assists team with technical problem resolution in support of customer service objectives.

  • Develop workforce forecast for respective team to support work across service lines.

  • Issue P.O.'s to vendors, approve and code invoices as per authority levels

  • Lead/Direct facility maintenance

  • Accountable for the training and development of direct reports

  • Support commercial team with proposal process

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers within geography

  • Assess technical gaps of direct reports and create customized developmental plans

  • Support Development of new or improved service offerings

  • Perform field operational surveys of customer-owned equipment

Field Services Support:

  • Maintains area service schedule, including detailed planning to meet customer specifications and timelines.

  • Responsible for service operations including service contracts, revenue target based on bookings, emergency service, field-quoted work, renewals, and warranty.

  • Collaborates with National Project Manager to ensure project leadership and technician support before, during, and after project work.

  • Team with other Area Supervisors and Managers for shared manpower needs

  • Able to relate and communicate well to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Develop and maintain programs, initiatives, and metrics

  • Ensures alignment in strategic growth objectives.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years field project management experience, ability to troubleshoot equipment, prior experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment required.

  • Education: High school degree or equivalent required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred.

  • Valid driver's license with clean MVR

  • Travel on an as needed basis

  • Available to support on-going 24/7 operations

  • Sit/Stand: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time

  • Capable of traveling as required up to 10% of the time
