We are looking for a motivated and well organized individual with good problem solving skills and hands on experience in mechanical and environmental reliability testing of electronic/electromechanical hardware products.


  • Experience and knowledge of good practices necessary for programming/operating Environmental Test Chambers and/or other reliability test equipment (recommended)

  • Knowledge of Physics and math applied to basic mechanics and electrical measurements

  • Working knowledge of MS office suite, particularly MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of JMP, LabView, and/or MatLab software are desirable but not necessary.

  • Strong sense of ownership to the work assigned

  • Precision in communication

  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.

  • Organized and goal driven

  • Knowledge of basic statistics as applied to testing and test data analysis is a plus

  • Knowledge of Physics Of Failure approach to Reliability and Highly Accelerated Test methodologies will be a big plus

Our mission in the C+AI Security Division's Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team is to optimize and protect the software and systems behind our internal and customer offerings keeping an ever-watchful eye on their ability to meet our customer promises. SRE handles bulletproofing, reinforcing, ruggedizing and generally improving the quality of service and innovation-throughput of the services under our purview. Required Qualifiations: * 7+ years of experience coding in either C, C++, C#, Java, Python or similar development languages * 4+ years of experience in testing, deploying and/or supporting large scale services on Azure, AWS or similar Cloud environments * 4+ years of people management experience Preferred Qualifications: * BS Degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering or Mathematics or equivalent experience * A passion for building and taking part in highly effective teams and development processes * Capable of technical deep-dives into networking, service design, operating systems, and storage, yet verbally and cognitively agile enough to engage in strategy discussions with leadership team members * Expertise in problem solving and analyzing global scale distributed systems and critical production service environments * Statistics experience and bias for measurement and data driven improvements Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
