Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients, partners, and stakeholders and understand business needs and challenges. Advice on strategies applied to Operations, Facilities Management and Preventative and Corrective Maintenance.

  • Deliver high-impact solutions including dashboards, visualizations, and extensions.

  • Deliver high-quality, action-oriented, compelling recommendations and insights for decision makers based on descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics.

  • Deliver models and complex data analyses using rigorous methodologies.

  • Find, collect, explore, validate, and prepare the data for analysis. Responsibilities would include querying, scraping, loading, validating, cleaning, aggregating, transforming, detecting outliers, imputing missing values, developing features, and scripting these processes.

  • Develop processes that automate the extraction, preparation, and analysis of data in order to deliver reproducible results and reusable components.

  • Thoroughly validate quality of outputs and perform peer review for other team members.

  • Manage projects, ongoing requests, and resolve issues in order to ensure delivery on time and according to specifications.

  • Research options, methodologies, technologies, and tools required for projects.

  • Strive for excellent service delivery and development of both hard and soft-skills.

  • Demonstrated experience developing data-prep processes and feature-engineering pipelines to help feed analytical databases, dashboards, data models, and data analyses.

  • Passionate about challenges, quality of work and reputation.

  • Ability to multi-task and deliver outstanding results under time pressure.

  • Ability to organize time and tasks and communicate risks pro-actively.

  • Ability to quickly learn new methods, algorithms, techniques, and tools.

  • High Level of expertise with Excel

Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards. Analyzes preliminary plans and develops reliability engineering programs to achieve company, customer and governmental agency reliability objectives. May develop mathematical models to identify units, batches or processes posing excessive failure risks. As necessary, proposes changes in design or formulation to improve system and/or process reliability. May determine units and/or batches requiring environmental testing, and specifies minimum number of samples to obtain statistically valid data. Basic Qualifications: 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD. Engineering Related Professional (Minimum 5 / 10 yr Experience Desired) Familiar with Launch Vehicle Systems (i.e. understand subsystem design elements including their function, and operation)Working knowledge of electronic systems having embedded logic and / or software Working knowledge of C, C , Java and Python Code Ability to Read and Understand Design Drawings including Mechanical Drawings, Electrical Schematics, Software Code Working knowledge of reliability program design (MIL-STD-785, MIL-STD-1543, ANSI/GEIA‑STD-0009, SMC-S-013, etc.) Working knowledge of Reliability Mathematics (General Statistics, Bayesian Estimation, etc.) Working knowledge of Reliability Test Program Planning and Development Preferred Qualifications: Leading Software Reliability Efforts For Embedded Electronic Systems (Aircraft, Spacecraft or launch vehicles).
