  • Oversees and coordinates the work of all Services and Development activities.
  • Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using various tools.
  • Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Increments and Events.
  • Facilitate Scrum of Scrum meetings, team demos, Increment Planning events, and other periodic synchronization meetings.
  • Create and manage the overall Program vision, roadmap, and backlog.
  • Summarize Team Increment objectives into high level Increment objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency.
  • Assist tracking the execution of Epics, Features and capabilities.
  • Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics, where necessary.
  • Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Agile practices and mindsets.
  • Help manage risks and dependencies.
  • Escalate and track impediments.
  • Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
  • Encourage collaboration between teams and System Architects/Engineering.
  • Work with management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
  • Improve the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing the DevOps and Release on Demand competency.
Security Clearance Requirement:

Ability to access a system for which federal law requires U.S. Citizenship, and the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance is required. Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is highly preferred.Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering or any related field/major or 2+ additional years of experience without a Bachelor's Degree in information technology.
  • 3+ years of experience as a SAFe Release Train Engineer, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master, with at least one year of experience as a RTE supporting enterprise COTS applications.
  • 3+ years experience with Agile tasks described above.
  • 3+ years working Agile projects within the Amazon Web Service (AWS) environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years working Agile projects within the Commercial Cloud Services (C2S) / Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E) environment.
  • Understanding of DevSecOps.
  • Experience with JIRA.
