As part of an exciting, fast paced environment developing digital identity and security solutions in the mobile and e-commerce space, this position will provide technical expertise within the development lifecycle for new products and services.

Digital Identity is a digital wallet for holding personally identifiable information, such as Driver's License and Passport. Digital Identity ensures you are in control of your information and will only release it upon your consent. Digital Identity is an important asset, and Mastercard ID Service helps to keep it in your control.
Release Train Engineer Role
Drive and enforce standards & processes across all scrum teams
Coordinate information sharing across all teams and stakeholders
Work with teams, release manager, architects, product management, and external teams to ensure a clear understanding of business needs, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Proactively monitor train metrics, facilitate PI planning events, and communicate with stakeholders regarding release scope and delays
Measurably improve, streamline, and eliminate excess processes
Utilize cross organizational mechanisms to describe and drive continuous improvements
Communicate program issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner, escalating blocking issues when appropriate for discussion and decisions
ALL ABOUT YOU
Hands on Experience and Certification with SAFe, Scrum, Agile, and Lean
Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and Agile related tools like Rally or Jira and Confluence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, innovative, and driven by continuous improvement
Experience with Cloud, APIs, web, and mobile development
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent degree
