Understands and adheres to the WPH Performance Standards, Policies and Behaviors.2. Answers telephones and refers calls appropriately.Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the MPI..3. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of Release of Information Policies and Procedures4.

Processes requests for medical information according to established policies, procedures and regulatory timeframes..5. Assists customers with inquiries pertaining to Release of Information..6. Works closely with the copy service to facilitate a timely response to requests for information..7.

Demonstrates the ability to release information from all hospital systems and log requests into the copy servicesystem..8. Organizes and completes work assignments within scheduled work periods.9. Performs all other related duties as assigned.Education & Experience Requirements?

High School Diploma or GED required? Basic computer skills required? Previous clerical or HIM work experience preferred

May be exposed to chemical necessary to perform required tasks. Any hazardous chemical the employee maybe exposed to are listed in the hospital's SDS (Safety Data Sheet) database and may be accessed through thehospital's intranet site (Employee Tools/SDS Access). A copy of the SDS database can also be found at thehospital switchboard, saved on a disc.? Ability to remain in stationary position 90% of the time..? Constantly utilizes/operates computer to access information..? Ability to scan documents from computer and other scanning locations..? Ability to communicate to physicians and other hospital employees regarding requests for information and assistphysicians with basic chart completion procedures..? Ability to view and print microfilm records..? Work with our business partners to deliver solutions and services for all USTA properties including the US Open, Cincinnati, Atlanta, US Open Series, Davis & Fed Cup events. * Primarily responsible for project management of USTA Professional Tennis division projects, primarily supporting US Open and US Open Series technology projects * Provide technology solutions and services year round to the National Tennis Center. * Manage and communicate effectively with internal and external business partners and vendors * Oversee the development of project plans, business requirement documentation, risk/issue logs and other artifacts required for the successful and on-time delivery of projects * Act as the primary account manager for the Professional Tennis business owners/stakeholders * Act as the primary point of escalation to manage and resolve risks, conflicts and issues; proven judgement and communication skills to understand when to escalate to management and handle issues when necessary * Direct management responsibility for an internal team of Project Managers and Business Analysts to successfully deliver projects * Responsible for developing department technology budgets with the input of stakeholders and managing/reporting against the budget * Become an integral part of the client's team so that technology can support the business as it evolves. * Act as the primary focal point from Technology to drive the use of innovative technologies in evolving the US Open experience from a fan, player and operational perspective * Support the more than 80 operational systems responsible for running the US Open * Assist business clients in prioritizing projects in their activity, and manage projects based on those priorities. * Understand USTA inter-department priorities, issues, and interrelationships. Reflect these priorities in systems plans. * Work with other groups within the Technology department to ensure that there is consistency and cooperation in providing deliverables across the organization. * Provide assistance as needed with training of business clients. * Provide off-hours support on a best effort basis to ensure that systems are available 24x7. Qualifications/Other: * Bachelor's degree required. Masters degree desirable. * Minimum 7-10 years executing/managing complex IT projects * 5+ years experience handling fast-paced, high-profile projects with rapidly changing goals and targets * Clearly demonstrated understanding of industry standards with regard to project management. * Ability to train business client in I.T. process and functions with regard to servicing their priorities. * A working knowledge of tennis (leagues, tournaments, etc.) a big plus. * PMI-ACP, CSM or similar * Experience with integration projects across systems, business partners, clients and vendors United States Tennis Association White Plains NY
