Job Description

• Develop and maintain release management policies, procedures, and standards to govern the release and deployment of construction project deliverables.

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify project deliverables, dependencies, and release schedules.

• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and external consultants to facilitate the exchange of project-related information and deliverables.

• Manage the release process for construction project deliverables, including document control, version management, and distribution to project teams and stakeholders.

• Implement release automation tools and technologies to streamline the release process and improve efficiency.

• Conduct regular status meetings and communicate project release updates to project teams, stakeholders, and management.

• Monitor release performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize the release process.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to document control and release management.

• Provide training and support to project teams and stakeholders on release management processes and tools.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in release management, document control, or project management, preferably in the railways construction industry.

• Strong understanding of railways construction project management processes, including document control, change management, and release management.

• Experience with document management systems, release automation tools, hand over process within the rail construction industry

• Experience in collaboration platforms used in construction project management (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk BIM 360).

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders.

• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, rail industry standards, and best practices related to document control and release management in the railway and rail stations construction industry.
