The Relationship Service Specialist provides first line service support for commercial lending and business depository customers by creating and executing customer facing documentation, processing and servicing needs. Responsible for completing customer facing business depository documentation, including legal agreements, resolutions and signature card requirements. Provides support to help verify Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Beneficial Owner/Controlling party (BOCP) information for commercial customers and opens deposit accounts.
Responsible to perform post loan booking customer support for credit customers, partnering with various partners across the commercial segment. Monitor and update various internal systems, tracking UCC filings, insurance, final title policies, and statement letters. Process advances, loan payments or payoffs, in accordance to Bank's approval and borrower request.
Services customers by providing detailed information on specific accounts and building rapport. Researches and resolves problems regarding service activities and operational issues specific to deposit account and credit relationships. Cross sells/refers bank products and services including referring customers to appropriate personnel.
Maintains up to date knowledge of products, services, departmental systems and related technology, policies and procedures. Responsible for focus and awareness of identifying, assessing and managing risk and adhering to policy and procedure acknowledgements. Participate in identifying issues of concern and keeping department management informed as needed.
Duties also include, answering customer calls and filing.
