QSROnline Relationship Managers are responsible for engaging each of their customers in full utilization of their subscribed services throughout the lifetime of their account with us at QSROnline. During new customer onboarding, the Relationship Manager is the single point of contact for any requests, questions or concerns for their accounts. Once the initial implementation is complete, Relationship Managers coordinate special projects and customizations on behalf of their customers and reach out to these accounts on a monthly basis. Exceptional customer service, organization and professional presentation (both by phone and in person) are a must.
Since restaurant owners and operators make up QSROnlines customer base, this position requires a minimum of 2 years experience as a manager in the Foodservice Industry.
This is a full time position with 40 hours of work Monday through Friday.
