About This Opportunity
The Relationship Manager will serve as liaison between our sales organization, product development, IT & Innovation teams and will aid in strategic efforts to align market opportunities with internal processes planning.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, relationship builder, and have past experience in transaction processing, mobile or payments sectors. We are looking for candidates who have client facing project management experience and who have the ability to present and sell concepts to a variety of audiences. Those with experience in B2B Sales, Sales Engineering, or Account Management may be well suited to the role.

Serve as liaison between sales organization, product development, IT & Innovation.
Map needs with target markets and analyze the market segments to actively pursue
Perform an objective analysis of a potential market opportunity to provide a basis for investment
Articulate what you learned in the market and quantify the risk, including a financial model
Ensure that the targeted segments are large enough to support the current and future business of the product
Manage proactive communications with relevant stakeholders from strategy through execution
Provide relevant, timely and easily consumable updates to all internal and external audiences
Measure and report on progress toward metrics and goals
Articulate and prioritize problems that solutions should be built for
Build an effective relationship between sales stakeholders and product and development
Serve as a checkpoint along the sales cycle to provide context and clarification
Articulate the strategies and programs that will generate awareness and leads for the upcoming fiscal period
Define specific plans and budgets for selling products and services to new customers
Interact with all key resource functions to manage projects through from end to end and ensure projects/launches are delivered along agreed timelines
Work closely with Product Partners to co-ordinate specific marketing plans and measure effectiveness
University Degree or 5+ years industry experience
Must have strong sales and relationship building skills
Outgoing and likable personality with a confident and authoritative speaking skills
Demonstrated ability to create, manage and sell concepts and provide follow up
Effective negotiator with analytical skills to identify what constitutes a profitable partnership
Highly organized with acute attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience presenting to business clients
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Proven record of success in a fast-moving technology company
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to be resilient, persistent, and results oriented
A self- starter with the ability to work in a fast paced rapidly changing environment
Attention to detail and results focused
Past experience in transaction processing, mobile payments, fintech, alternative payments, bitcoin, or cashless technology
Willingness to take ownership and drive projects from end to end
Sociable and able to quickly build valuable relationships both externally and internally
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
Travel up to 25% of time; passport required
