About This Opportunity

The Relationship Manager will serve as liaison between our sales organization, product development, IT & Innovation teams and will aid in strategic efforts to align market opportunities with internal processes planning.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, relationship builder, and have past experience in transaction processing, mobile or payments sectors. We are looking for candidates who have client facing project management experience and who have the ability to present and sell concepts to a variety of audiences. Those with experience in B2B Sales, Sales Engineering, or Account Management may be well suited to the role.

If you have experience with mobile payments, alternative payments, fintech, or cashless technology, then this may be a position for you.

  • Serve as liaison between sales organization, product development, IT & Innovation.

  • Map needs with target markets and analyze the market segments to actively pursue

  • Perform an objective analysis of a potential market opportunity to provide a basis for investment

  • Articulate what you learned in the market and quantify the risk, including a financial model

  • Ensure that the targeted segments are large enough to support the current and future business of the product

  • Manage proactive communications with relevant stakeholders from strategy through execution

  • Provide relevant, timely and easily consumable updates to all internal and external audiences

  • Measure and report on progress toward metrics and goals

  • Articulate and prioritize problems that solutions should be built for

  • Build an effective relationship between sales stakeholders and product and development

  • Serve as a checkpoint along the sales cycle to provide context and clarification

  • Articulate the strategies and programs that will generate awareness and leads for the upcoming fiscal period

  • Define specific plans and budgets for selling products and services to new customers

  • Interact with all key resource functions to manage projects through from end to end and ensure projects/launches are delivered along agreed timelines

  • Work closely with Product Partners to co-ordinate specific marketing plans and measure effectiveness


  • University Degree or 5+ years industry experience

  • Must have strong sales and relationship building skills

  • Outgoing and likable personality with a confident and authoritative speaking skills

  • Demonstrated ability to create, manage and sell concepts and provide follow up

  • Effective negotiator with analytical skills to identify what constitutes a profitable partnership

  • Highly organized with acute attention to detail

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience presenting to business clients

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Proven record of success in a fast-moving technology company

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to be resilient, persistent, and results oriented

  • A self- starter with the ability to work in a fast paced rapidly changing environment

  • Attention to detail and results focused

  • Past experience in transaction processing, mobile payments, fintech, alternative payments, bitcoin, or cashless technology

  • Willingness to take ownership and drive projects from end to end

  • Sociable and able to quickly build valuable relationships both externally and internally

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)

  • Travel up to 25% of time; passport required

We are looking to hire a high-performing, sales-oriented team member to drive membership expansion across our data communities. Candidates should be courageous, tenacious, creative, optimistic and curious, and they should have a demonstrated track record of business-minded leadership. This Atlanta (GA)-based role will report to the Consumer Data Exchange Leader. This role is responsible for supporting the following areas of strategic focus: * New Data Identification and Acquisition * Data Furnisher Relationship and Network Management * Enterprise-wide Continuous Improvement * Sales Team Enablement * Co-Innovation and Delivery of New Solutions Roles and responsibilities for this position will include: * Execute on data acquisition strategies developed by the Exchange Partnerships and Core Exchanges teams, including the following tasks: * Research industries, geographies and consumer profiles cited as critical for membership expansion within each data community * Leverage analytical tools to find prospective companies that could make a significant predictive impact to solutions generated from each community's data * Build and refine value propositions to attract new members * Launch campaigns to systematically contact new groups of prospects, leveraging multiple communication channels (email, phone and web primarily) * Build relationships with prospects, aggregators and other partners, working with Sales and other center of excellence partners where appropriate * Maintain prospect notes and upcoming actions in Equifax's CRM * Drive success in data acquisition campaigns by obtaining signed data agreements and ensuring that new furnishers progress through credentialing, on-boarding and other startup processes. This team member effectiveness will be assessed based on: * Total records within active pipeline across all campaigns * Percentage of pipeline with signed data agreements * Number of new furnishers and records loaded to each data community * Collaborate with Center of Excellence partners to improve internal processes, reducing the average time elapsed from initial contact to adding data to our production environments Qualified candidates should possess the following: * 2+ years sales or other related experience in a leading data company or professional services firm * Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit * A proven track record for delivering results in previous roles, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects at the same time * Creativity and drive, as well as the ability to identify efficiencies and opportunities.
